You may download or make a single copy of the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Outlines by Mochi or using the site as a shopping resource. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Please see our "shipping" page for more detailed information about shipping and delivery options. All packages are shipped via FedEx. We will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. A signature is required upon delivery of your merchandise. No merchandise will be left without a signature. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods or make arrangements directly with them for redelivery. Any additional costs incurred as a result of no one being available to receive your delivery are your sole responsibility. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser as is delivery to a non-existent shipping address. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. Shipping to international destination is not currently available through our online system, but may be available for orders placed over the phone. You may contact our customer service team to learn more about international shipping.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site from time to time. We will endeavor to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of the items on the site or in our catalogue or otherwise provided to you by us are accurate but there may be slight variations due to print and publishing limitations. Outlines by Mochi works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, viruses or anything else that may have a harmful effect on any technology. We will endeavor to allow uninterrupted access to the site but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, data, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation whether in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions or use of the site save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
You must use the site for lawful purposes only. If we allow you to register with us you are fully responsible and liable for all access made to the site using any password or user name that you register with us. You should keep such passwords and user names confidential at all times.
We shall not be liable to you or in breach of these terms and conditions for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
You will receive promotional e-mails from us only if you have asked to receive them. If at anytime you no longer want to receive e-mail from Outlines by Mochi, you can click on the unsubscribe link and hit send at the bottom of any e-mail communication sent by us. Please allow us 3 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE
We may modify, suspend, discontinue and/or restrict the use of all or any portion of the Site including the availability of any data or other information contained on the Site at any time for any reason and without notice or liability. We reserve the right, with or without notice to you, to change any of the services offered on the Site including, but not limited to, hours of operation, access procedures, documentation and/or other services.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. To securely receive your payments over the Internet we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the standard Internet practice and means your details are protected.
Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfill your orders. Outlines by Mochi uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about the status of your order and important service related matters only.
We will not contact you for special offers, announcements or reminder services unless you request such notifications. Outlines by Mochi does not combine your individual information with any kind of site analysis, but we do look at the overall browsing behavior of our customers to improve the way the site navigates. Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with any outside party.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
The artwork you are purchasing is custom framed to your specifications. For that reason we only accept returns on orders that are damaged in shipping, defective or sent to you in error.
If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You must contact us within 7 days - starting the day you received your item(s). We will arrange for a FedEx pick-up for your return.
When you speak with our Customer Service representative , you will be issued a Return Number, which will need to be attached to the packing slip and included with the item(s), in the original packaging. You may contact our Customer Service at email@example.com or by phone 1.866.548.8737 from 8:00AM to 7:00PM (EST). Our Customer Service representatives will help you resolve any issues.
Please note that we do not accept any cancellations after the close of business on the day your item is purchased, 7:00PM (EST). Because each order is custom and process begins the next business day.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
